Horizon evidence standard
Horizon integrates evidence so that a business reader can understand the finding, its limits and the original sources without confusing a source fact with Horizon analysis.
Every material claim retains its publisher, original route, reference period and review status. Official and multilateral sources lead; professional and academic sources add context.
A card is not a dossier. Public briefs explain the finding and uncertainty; complete member dossiers add decision structure, evidence and practical implications.
Observed data, estimates, policy targets and Horizon interpretation are labelled separately. Conflicting figures are investigated, not averaged into a convenient number.
English is the canonical editorial record. Italian, French, Spanish and Arabic versions must preserve dates, figures, entities, sources and the degree of uncertainty.
Approved source routes are checked and every item keeps its original URL and publication date.
Country, sector, freshness, authority, reuse conditions and corroboration needs are assessed.
Relevant evidence is deduplicated and converted into a Horizon synthesis with explicit limits.
A publication gateway blocks incomplete evidence, unsupported claims and unapproved translations.
Approved versions are released with a review date. Later corrections create a new accountable version.
Selected news, public briefs, country and sector orientation, events and visible source routes.
A private company profile, personalised brief, watchlists, Readiness, saved work and basic planning tools.
Complete dossiers, deeper event and opportunity intelligence, learning, private working sessions and broader matching previews.
Human validation, named target research, verified contacts, outreach, introductions, negotiation and market-entry execution.
The public intelligence platform has no direct access to Horizon’s canonical CRM, Gmail or internal Relationship Intelligence. Company work is tenant-isolated and authorisation is enforced on the server. Members do not receive access to one another’s profiles or workspaces.
A source can change after publication. Readers should use the dated original source for formal decisions and can ask Horizon to review a claim, a translation or a superseded official route.
