Operator and acceptance

Horizon GCC Intelligence is operated by Horizon Strategies, operated by Claudio Pedretti. These terms apply when you use the public site, create or claim a company workspace, join a managed Community programme or request an introduction. By accepting them for an organisation, you confirm that you are at least 18 and authorised to act for that organisation.

Public intelligence

Content is evidence-led decision support, not legal, tax, investment, medical or regulated professional advice. Dates, source status, uncertainty and limitations form part of each record. Recheck the original authority and obtain qualified advice before filing, paying, contracting or making a regulated decision.

Accounts and company workspaces

Provide accurate identity and company information, protect access credentials and notify Horizon of suspected misuse. A workspace is private to its authorised company users. You must not attempt to enter another tenant, bypass access controls, impersonate another person or use automated means to enumerate private records.

Community and introductions

Membership does not guarantee admission, a meeting, a commercial result or endorsement. Member identities and contact details are not a public directory. Introductions require a purpose-specific request, Horizon review and consent from the relevant parties. Scraping and unsolicited outreach are prohibited.

Content licence and sources

Horizon owns its original selection, synthesis, analysis, interface and product materials. You may use a reasonable extract internally with attribution and a link. You may not republish a dossier, create a competing database, remove attribution, train a model on protected content or automate bulk extraction without written permission. Original source rights remain with their publishers.

Your information and submissions

You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant Horizon the limited right to host, process and display it only as required to provide the requested private product or approved public profile. You are responsible for accuracy, authority and lawful disclosure, and must not upload secrets, unlawful material or third-party personal data without a lawful basis.

Partners and advertising

Paid placement never buys editorial ranking, verification or access to member data. Partner, sponsor and service-provider status is subject to evidence and Horizon approval and may be suspended when claims, licences, insurance, conflicts or service quality no longer meet the applicable standard. Commercial relationships are labelled.

Separate professional services and payment

Advisory, research, outreach, representation, event activation and other Horizon mandates require a separate written scope, fee, tax treatment and payment terms. The public platform does not by itself create a paid engagement, automatic renewal or payment obligation.

Availability and changes

Horizon may correct, update, withdraw or suspend content and functions for accuracy, security, legal or operational reasons. Reasonable care is used, but uninterrupted availability and the continued availability of third-party sources are not guaranteed. Material changes to these terms are versioned and published before they take effect.

Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted for security risk, false information, misuse, unlawful activity, breach of these terms or harm to other users. You may request workspace closure. Rights that by nature survive termination—including intellectual property, confidentiality, accrued payment obligations and lawful audit records—continue to apply.

Responsibility and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Horizon is not responsible for decisions made without verifying the cited source, obtaining required professional advice or checking changes after the displayed review date. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

Law, complaints and contact

These terms are governed by Italian law unless mandatory rules require otherwise. Courts are determined under applicable jurisdiction rules; mandatory consumer or data-protection rights are not displaced. Questions, complaints or access concerns can be sent to claudio@horizonstrategies.org.
