Horizon Service Partner Standards

The operational rules for providers that may appear in GCC Intelligence or receive a managed member introduction.

This English text is the governing version. Any commercial agreement is separate and must be signed explicitly.

01

Verification before visibility

A profile, service, badge, campaign or logo is not public until Horizon has checked legal identity, relevant licence or registration, regulatory status, insurance where applicable, conflict procedures and the proposed offer. Approval can be suspended or withdrawn.

02

Truthful and bounded claims

Providers must describe only services they are authorised and equipped to deliver. Prices, discounts, response times, jurisdictions and outcomes must be current, specific and supportable. No guaranteed result, misleading comparison or invented endorsement is permitted.

03

Member privacy and introductions

Partners never receive a member directory, CRM access, browsing history or unrestricted export. A company profile and contact details may be shared only after separate member consent, Horizon review and provider acceptance. Unsolicited outreach is prohibited.

04

Conflicts and regulated work

Before accepting an introduction, the provider must run its normal conflict and eligibility checks. The provider remains responsible for professional rules, client engagement terms, fees, advice, records and regulatory obligations.

05

Commercial disclosure and editorial independence

Sponsored placements and referral relationships are labelled. Payment never changes Horizon research, rankings, sourcing or conclusions. Commercial terms, referral fees and member benefits must be documented separately.

06

Security, brand and evidence

Evidence must be submitted through the private workspace and kept current. Partner brands may be used only with permission. Providers must promptly report material licence, ownership, insurance, sanctions, security or service changes.

07

Founding access

Any free founding period has the duration shown in the invitation and does not renew automatically. Continued access, advertising or referrals require a separate written commercial agreement.
